Haresh K. Motwani, MD.

Dr. Motwani began his academic journey in Electrical Engineering, hoping to help the disabled overcome limitations through automation. As a masters Candidate at Harvard, he realized his true passion for helping others through medicine.

In medical school, Dr. Motwani enjoyed Internal Medicine and its sub-specialties and taught Anatomy and Physiology after graduating. He was named Director of Clinical Sciences at the State University of New York and is currently an Associate Professor of Medicine at the St. Louis University School of Medicine as well as an Adjunct Professor of Clinical Medicine at Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.

Moving to St. Louis in 2003 for his residency training, he fell in love with the Midwest and chose it as a place to remain and grow his family while practicing medicine.

After graduating from the St. Louis University School of Medicine in 2006, Dr. Motwani founded Metro East Healthcare Ltd. Our primary care practice focuses on diagnostic excellence and treating every patient as part of our family. Metro East Healthcare Ltd has become a leader in delivering primary care in Madison County.

Dr. Motwani is board certified in Family Medicine and is a certified Medical Director.
